• Data tracking and analytics implementation
• Marketing automation setup and optimization
• Customer segmentation and behavior analysis
• Conversion optimization and growth consulting
• MarTech stack integration and management

3. Service Agreement and Delivery

Project Scope

All services are provided according to the specific scope defined in your project agreement. Typical deliverables include:

• Implementation of tracking systems (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Setup of marketing automation workflows
• Creation of customer segmentation strategies
• Performance optimization and reporting

Timeline and Delivery

Standard Data Activation Engine™ implementation is delivered within 4-6 weeks. Specific timelines are outlined in individual project agreements.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients must:

• Provide timely access to necessary platforms and data
• Respond to requests for information within 48 hours
• Attend scheduled meetings and reviews
• Provide feedback during review periods

4. Payment Terms

Pricing and Fees

Service fees are outlined in individual project agreements. Our standard pricing structure includes:

• Fixed-price projects for defined scope delivery
• Hourly consulting rates for ongoing optimization
• Retainer agreements for continuous support

Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly invoicing for retainer agreements
• All payments due within 30 days of invoice date

5. Intellectual Property

Client Data and Assets

You retain all rights to your data, content, and existing intellectual property. We will not use your proprietary information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of:

• Custom tracking implementations
• Marketing automation workflows
• Reports and analytics dashboards
• Documentation and training materials

Retained Rights

We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge gained during the project. This includes our Data Activation Engine™ methodology and proprietary processes.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business data and maintain strict confidentiality:

• All client information is treated as confidential
• We do not share client data with third parties
• Access to client systems is limited to necessary personnel
• All staff sign confidentiality agreements

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

Liability Limits

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation

You may cancel services with 14 days written notice. Cancellation terms:

• Work completed to cancellation date will be billed
• Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
• You receive all work products completed to date

9. Data Protection and GDPR

We are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws:

• All data processing complies with GDPR requirements
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures
• Data processing agreements are established for EU clients
• Regular security assessments and updates are performed
