Digital Products & Information Services

  • MarTech assessment tools and audit reports

3. Service Agreement and Delivery

Project Scope

All services are provided according to the specific scope defined in your project agreement. Typical deliverables include:

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients must:

  • Provide timely access to necessary platforms, data, and decision-makers
  • Respond to requests for information within 2 business days
  • Attend scheduled meetings and strategic review sessions
  • Provide feedback during review periods and implementation phases
  • Appoint a single point of contact for approvals and communications

4. Payment Terms

Pricing and Fees

All service investments are custom-quoted based on your specific needs, business scale, and transformation goals. Our pricing structure includes:

  • Custom Project Pricing: Tailored investment based on scope and complexity
  • Strategic Partnership Models: Long-term collaboration with success-based structures
  • Digital Products: Fixed pricing for information products and assessments
  • Retainer Agreements: Ongoing optimization and strategic support

Payment Schedule

  • Full Payment: Single invoice for complete project investment
  • 3-Month Installments: Three equal monthly payments (available for qualifying projects)
  • Digital Products: Immediate payment required for instant access
  • All invoices due within 15 days of issue date

Payment Methods

  • Stripe invoice payments (preferred method)
  • Bank transfers for enterprise clients
  • Credit card payments for digital products
  • All transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Client Data and Assets

You retain all rights to your data, content, and existing intellectual property. We will not use your proprietary information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.

Project Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of:

  • Custom MarTech implementations and configurations
  • Marketing automation workflows and sequences
  • Analytics dashboards and reporting systems
  • Strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps
  • Training materials and documentation

Digital Products License

Digital products and information services are provided under the following terms:

  • Personal Use License: Digital products are licensed for your personal business use
  • No Redistribution: You may not share, resell, or redistribute digital products
  • Lifetime Access: Digital products remain accessible for the lifetime of your account
  • Updates Included: Access to product updates and improvements

Retained Rights

We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge gained during projects. This includes our proprietary MarTech methodologies, assessment frameworks, and strategic processes. We may use anonymized insights to improve our services and develop new offerings.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business data and maintain strict confidentiality:

  • All client information is treated as confidential
  • We do not share client data with third parties
  • Access to client systems is limited to necessary personnel
  • All staff sign confidentiality agreements

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

Liability Limits

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Service Cancellation

You may cancel services with 14 days written notice. Cancellation terms:

  • Work completed to cancellation date will be billed at standard rates
  • All payments made are non-refundable after work has commenced
  • You receive all work products and deliverables completed to date
  • Strategic partnerships may have different cancellation terms as outlined in individual agreements

Digital Products

Digital products and information services are subject to the following refund policy:

  • No Refunds: All digital product sales are final and non-refundable
  • Immediate Access: Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment
  • Technical Issues: We will resolve any technical access issues within 48 hours
  • Product Updates: Access to updates and improvements is included at no additional cost

Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment, breach of contract, or failure to provide necessary access or information. Service suspension does not relieve payment obligations for work already completed.

9. Digital Products and Information Services

Digital Product Access

Our digital products and information services include:

  • MarTech assessment tools and automated audit reports
  • Educational resources and implementation guides
  • Strategic frameworks and methodologies
  • Training materials and best practices

Usage Rights

  • Personal Use: Digital products are licensed for your business use only
  • No Commercial Redistribution: You may not resell, share, or redistribute our digital products
  • Lifetime Access: Digital products remain accessible for the lifetime of your account
  • Updates Included: Access to product updates and improvements at no additional cost

Technical Support
